Our History

Canyon Advisors, Inc opened its doors in 1993 as a traditional realty brokerage focused on real estate of investors in the Phoenix area. Over the years, the needs of these investors have expanded, and Canyon has grown to offer consulting and strategic services to help our clients build, manage, and liquidate their real estate portfolios.

Canyon is a family owned company comprised of seven brothers who have made real estate, in its various forms, their careers. With over 75 years of real estate and construction experience, there are few situations that have not been tackled in the past by this team. The two principles of the company hold a PhD and an MBA, respectively, and there are three general contractors and another MBA among the the family team. Additionally, several owners hold real estate licenses in Arizona, Texas, and Tennessee.

Today, Canyon Advisors, Inc. has a presence in the Phoenix, Dallas, and Memphis markets. Through the use of market analytics, the company is able to service clients across the country who wish to begin investing in markets outside of their backyards.

Over the past two decades, Canyon has built a vast network of realtors, lenders, contractors, attorneys, and property managers to assist them and their clients. We pride ourselves in our education services and one-on-one attention to every detail of our real estate business.
